If you would like to get married and need to apply for a marriage license. Please check with the probate court in your county or in a nearby county for options. The Lexington county probate court is accepting marriage licenses by mail. You do not need to be a resident of the county to apply, you will need to submit proper identification and have the application notarized. If you are in need of a notary, please give me a call.
